WHAT can be returned?
All items can be returned but may incur a restocking fee. If you got it so wrong and it's in no way our fault then it's only fair that you share in the pain.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Within 2 weeks unless organised with us beforehand.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items must come back to the store of purchase

HOW do customers return items?
Bring it in through the front door or send it back with a courier service. If it's our fault, We pay. If it's your fault, You pay. That's the way the world works. That's why we encourage you to speak to us before purchase if you have any doubts.

SHIPPING for returns?
customer pays return freight cost if it is not the fault of the store.

CREDIT for returns?
No, We will give you your money back. We don't agree with the store credit policy that others enforce.

Instore return option?
Bring it back and bring your receipt. Usually a full refund if you get us on a good day.


Packaging materials?
Items must be in original undamaged packaging.
